Hi All,

I am getting the below error "An error occurred in executing an Activity Class" at Write to data store entity smart service and not getting more details about the error. Below is the configuration for the smart service. Can you help me in finding the issue?

Check the Source data structure whether you mapped correct or not

Ensure data going in matches the target entity's structure(Entity Should be type of studyMedicalReview)
Also verify your input cdt field mapping
