Appian periodically unable to open record(s)

Hey Everyone, 

Users in our Appian system are periodically unable to open records. It appears that the records themselves can be opened when using the same login account but on a different browser or incognito mode.

Has anyone encountered an issue like this before?

I do not remember such a case, but the error message is clear. I suggest to reduce the complexity in the record configuration until it works, then go back to the full functionality step by step.

Thanks for the response, sadly I don't think that will be possible as this is a live system that is in use. This issue only seems to appear on live and is quite hard to reproduce. I don't think the error message is very helpful as the case is able to be opened on other browsers, meaning the processID field does exist for those cases.
