Connection String for Oracle Cloud

Hi Team,

I want to connect to an Oracle 19c Cloud Free Database. I have tried configuring it in the Admin Console >> Data Sources.

But no luck, Can some one help with a sample connection string  for cloud connectivity ? Also let me know if i need to enable anything from the cloud side, for now am able to connect SQL Developer with the cloud wallet file.

    This is the connection string I have tried, 

    jdbc:oracle:thin:@adb.ap-hyderabad-1.oraclecloud.com:******_appian_high.adb.oraclecloud.com

    Look like this db is not leavrage to mTLS (Mutual TLS) connection. Please check this mTLS if it is set as required then you have to edit the settings for database.
