Thanks Stefen for the link. Here I can see that the smart service can only run by System admin. As I am not part of system admin, how can I configure my process model so that It will run by System admin automatically.

When you deploy to a higher environment, the technical deployment user is a sys admin. So this should be covered. On DEV, you will need a sys admin to publish your model.
