Data Fabric insights - datasets are not getting displayed from the process hq

Hi Team,

We have configured the required access and security for a recordtype to be displayed in the process HQ, but for some reasons it is not getting displayed, the left-pane is empty as in the screen shot below. Requesting assistance on this. Thanks.

we are not able to see the Process HQ enabled although we have added ourselves to the Process HQ, Data Governors and Report Creators group. 

Enabled the record type, to be visible in the Process HQ workspace. But still not able to see.

This is a self-managed appian env, the version is 25.1.

Please advise if we are missing anything to be configured or setup.
