Generate Interface for Summary View not available after recreating Record Type

Question

I recreated the Record Type for my project to troubleshoot an issue with some fields not displaying, and now I'm not getting this "Generate Interface" button to automatically configure a Summary view. Is there a dependency I need to clear for the Record Type to recognize that there is no interface?

Somethings to consider while looking for the generate interface button:
1) Record sync should be enabled.
2) This button will only appear when the first time you add the Summary view and whenever the view is empty or null.
