How to link interface To Record first name (I want to use that in sites )

Whenever If i click on the firstname it have to link to the interface already i have , which link tag i have to use and where to use here.

Finally i want to use thoese in sites .

In Cadidate first name The link should link to interface

For doing that on the record navigate to views and headers and on the summary page plug the interface which you want to show.
