how to remove tooltip for record action when we use a!recordActionField?

when we use the  a!recordActionField function, on the interface by default we are getting tooltip same as the Display Name of the record action. Is there any why to remove this tooltip?

I am not sure exactly what you mean by tool tip, but I am assuming you are referring about when you hovering on related action a text description is showing. If that is the case to remove this description, in your record related action (Where you configure record actions) remove description from description section.

    Yeah Naresh, I was referring to the text description when we do hovering. 
    We dont have any description to the record action (not the record related action) but still it is showing same Display Name on hover.

    This cannot be changed.
