Is it possible to define a list of pre-defined user-saved filters in the application ?

Good day

Some users asked me if it is possible for us to have a kind of "Global" saved-filters.

By today, each one of them need to fill the fields and go to Manage Filters > Save filter as .... But as they are store operators, they have a lot of filters that they wanted shared between them.

After saving we have the following Filters:

We wanted to define a global version of this, so every user in that profile might have access to it.

Is it possible to do ? Or at least a user can export their filters for the others to import ?

Thanks in advance

As of now, global filters are not supported. You could try to propose that to Appian as a product enhancement.

But, did you try to find which filters your users find most relevant and just implement these in the app?

It's because they have multiple pre setted filters they wanted to share between the personal and change it on the run for everybody to have it updated.

But as we are using Record Types, getting the most relevant filters is our only option right now.

Otherwise we will need to reimplement the screen and have our own filter feature to be able to save and share the filters throught the users.
