Issue with connecting Appian Data source

Hi All, 

We are connecting to a particular schema through connection details in database and its getting successful.

When we are trying to connect data source with same connection details from Appian, the schema is shown different and in Appian selecting schema while creating Data type is disabled.

eg. Connecting to Schema in DB is "ABC". but after creating Data source in appian and creating CDT, Schema is shown as "XYZ" and not selecting schema is disabled.

Any suggestion on how to connect to a correct schema by making any change in connection string?

    I remember having a similar issue in the past. The problem was that Appian does not switch to a different schema, but uses the default schema for the user.

    so you mean, we should create new user and add default schema there and use it in connection string?
