Manually trigger a full sync by Clicking Start Full Sync

I deleted some rows in DB and the data in record type was not updated accordingly. 

I've checked the tab Sync Options in record type and there is a button Start Full Sync. I'm wondering if it will affect the DB when I click that button to sync data manually, as this record type is scheduled for full sync at another time, and I want my record type data to be updated immediately.

    Performing an ad-hoc manual sync using this functionality will perform a full sync now, but will not impact the scheduled sync. It will still happen at the scheduled time.

    You can start the sync by click on start full sync. it will update the records with the latest changes.

      Performing an ad-hoc manual sync using this functionality will perform a full sync now, but will not impact the scheduled sync. It will still happen at the scheduled time.
