Maximum No of Records Appian Internal Mysql support

Hi Team,

We are currently using the Microsoft SQL Server with 8 millions of records which we are thinking to migrate to appian internal db Mysql , Is this the good idea? Is Mysql db what appian provide will have the capacity to insert millions of data

How the performance looks when I try to pull that data in Appian reports?

As of now it is 8 million but it get increase day by day , What are the suggestions?

    Hi Udayasai,

    AFAIK there is no limitation on the size of DB when using Appian provided MySql DB. However, I would suggest having a database archival configuration on each specific interval for better database performance. I think you have to discuss with your business and decide on a time interval.
