Null value in the rule input and local variables

    Where are you seeing null values?  In ri!SGA_Countries or other rule inputs?  Have you confirmed the process instance has these values populated and the User Input Task inputs configuration is correct?

    You also mention local variables, but there are no locals in this example..

      it should not be a null value there is data attached to those record

      we have no way to tell how you're populating the value for ri!SGA_Countries (or whether it even is getting populated) where you're trying to use it.
