Please help me to display of individual item from a record type in the summary

Please help me to display of individual item and it's count from a stock record type in the summary.

Let's say there are 3 items A, B, and C

Below the Summary page, three individual tabs A, B, and C will be designed, when A tab is selected the particular item detail like item name, count should be displayed.

Can anyone please help me how to achieve this?
