Are there any limitations for record actions like how many record actions we can create .

    So we can create as many record actions we need as per requirements ? Will it affect on memory part

    I think there is no documented limit specified by Appian. There are instances of people using more than 50 record action. Please refer this thread for more information.

    I doubt that there is a limit, but then how many record actions are you looking to have ?

    Their is no limitations on related actions. Restrictions is on record views only.  We implemented more than 20 related action for a record based on different visibility criteria.
