Record Directly configure in the Readonly Grid | Facing Issue

Hi folks!

Good day!!

I am facing one issue while configuring the record directly in read-only grid and configure the recordActions

But while clicking the Add new role button and clicking the Create or cancel button, I am facing the below issue.

Note: This will work properly in the Record under the Tempo site.

Could you please help me with this?
