Record is not shown in a record type

Hi, i would like to know what are the possible reasons why a record is not shown in a record type.

Record Type is connected to a data store. This specific row does exist in the database, but is not shown in a record type.

    The most common cause is that the record is not synchronized

    Go to sync History and click in Start full Sync

      Adding one more, Source filter (If you have any) . Make sure the record meets source filter

        Check Below Points if after sync also it’s not showing.
        User Permissions: Users can only see records associated with record types assigned to their profile.
        Record Filtering: A filter might be applied to the record list that excludes the specific record.
        Record Visibility: Record visibility rules might restrict which records are displayed based on certain criteria.
