Record sync failed

Hi Team,

Last night, The record sync got failed but now it synced.

-Reason: 

The system has failed this sync because it exceeded the 4 hour time limit
Is there a way to check why it took 4hours to execute?

    Did you check the tomcat stdout log file for details?

    yes, it says 

    persist errors since the replica load starting at: 2024-02-05 00:03:01.893 encountered the following exception: com.appiancorp.record.datasync.error.GenericDataSyncException: com.appiancorp.suiteapi.common.exceptions.AppianException: Unable to sync due to a system failure.

    That does not really help.

    Did you check the documentation on how to troubleshoot data sync?
