Hi ,

we are facing multiple record sync failures in PROD , do we have any feature or option to  automate record sync failure in appian ? 

please suggest  , Thanks in advance.

    What do you mean by this. Need more details on what you trying to achieve. Are you able to find root cause of the  Sync Failure??.  Trouble shoot Data Sync

    I just want to know ,   if we can automate the record sync whenever it fails instead of manual syncing ? if yes please brief how

    Without human intervention , I don't think we can .But we can skip failed syncs and wait for the next Schedule sync or we can provide an option to Admin  to initiate sync(Either full sync from Monitor Tab or Your own Process Model) .

    AFAIK, I don't think so we have a direct feature to handle this

    If you want to sync the records in prod automatically you can have the customization file  with record force Sync and push it from lower environment .Your records will  be automatically synced
