Hi Team,

I have a record type for orders and it is pointing to orders table from maria DB. The data in the record type is not matching with the data in the DB, what could be the scenarios?

    Can you check if any filters are applied in the source filter configuration of the RecordType?

    Hey,
    Please verify the data source is correct.
    or If the data is not visible in the record but is visible in the database, you should sync the record.

    Yes, the data source is poiniting to the correct table and only few records from that table are missing. And Record type is also synced.

    What do you mean with "not matching"? Can you explain in more detail?

    The record count was not matching because of the filter
