Record Type Data is not refreshing after I submit the form

The data that you find missing is probably the data that you are saving somewhere down the line of the process model that starts after submitting the form.
After submitting the form, the form closes and the page that is shown to the user has the latest data at that time. However, processmodel may not have come to save the data yet.

One way to overcome this is to (partly) chain your process nodes.
