Record Type Sync Failing & Queries are erroring out

Hi All,

In our Test environment, monitoring tab is not opening. Getting 504 error. Also none of the record types are opening. Including the Maria DB Sync records.
External record type(SQL) sync is failing & I was notified in email with below error. When I click view record type getting 504 error.
A scheduled sync failed. The [X record type] is unavailable and cannot be queried. Review the sync history for more information. 
 
Also When I query Appian sync record type(present in Maria DB), getting the below error.
Expression evaluation error at function a!queryRecordType_24r4: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.util.concurrent.TimeoutException.

I have tested external data source connection in admin console, which says Test successful. Does anyone ever faced similar kind of issue?

Can you please check, are all the environments in sync? (Dev=Test=Prod)

Recent Appian upgrades conflicting with most functionalities, being broken.

I would suggest you to raise a support ticket, have all screenshots handy, I assume this is purely because of Appian is not sending/ receiving data from the Data Server. Appian can make a hotfix/restart the test server, that may fix to work properly.
