recordType doesn't exist but with UUID is found

Hi,

we have migrated Appian to a new infrastructure, so we are trying to align the two environments but the deploy returns errors on some recordTypes.
It seems that Appian doesn't see some recordTypes even though they are there. If you click View Record List the message is:
The Requested Record Type Is Not Available Expression evaluation error [evaluation ID = XYSYS] at function a!recordList: Record Type {urn:com:appian:recordtype:datatype}4ce79cd7-05b5-40a0-923d-e15cc988b782 does not exist (APNX-1-4198-000).

But if I search for the UUID I find it.
And the record syncs with the db without error.

Has this ever happened to you?

Did you follow the migration guide? It seems that the UUID of the object is stored in the Appian primary database, but the object itself wasn't imported correctly.

Try restarting the system and check the logs — you’ll probably see an error related to object dependencies.
