Refresh record view summary after completing update related action

Hi Team,

Record view summary not getting refreshed after the update related action.

Its reflecting only i click manually on the record summary view

This question comes up very frequently and there are countless answers to it in the forum.

tried activity chaining and all.... but still i am facing it

I doubt that the chaining must be broken somewhere. Can you check the process once again including all the sub-processes?
