Synced Record Type Performance After a Record Action

Hi,

Has anyone ran into a UI performance issue after running  a record related action when using synced records.    If we load a record summary view for. synced record it will load in under a few seconds.   This load time is very consistent refreshing the page as long as we dont run an related action.     

After running any related action the same summary view will take a 10+ seconds to load.   After a period of time (1/2 hour to an hour) the load the summary view goes back to loading in 2 seconds.      

Can't pin-point root cause yet so thought I would see if anyone else has experienced any similar issues.
