Update Related action not working properly

When updating a record, using the update related action, the process gets stuck on the write records smart service. I've checked the permissions, and they should be fine. It's worked thus far, however now we can't update anything. The process is not throwing and errors, nor is it providing any useful information.

    Is the related records are related to events.

    It's not related to events. I can't share the configuration. The issue is just that the data is not getting saved, ie not passing the write records smart service.

    Without any additional details or seeing the configuration, it is almost impossible to give any advice.

    Hi,

    Can you check the volume of instances you have, if its way too high this can happen due to node allocation. 

    In terms of tech debugging, its hard to say the root cause  unless i see the configuration.

    Did you check logs files (tomcat-stdout.log)?
