Upload files from MariaDB to a specific location on Google Drive

I would like to upload CSV files directly form MariaDB to a specific location on Google Drive (for big extracts).
Is MariaDB configured (any default plugin) to perform this kind of a smart service, if yes, do we need to create a service account on the domain to perform the OAuth 2.0 auth?
