View Synched Record Type Issue

Hello All,

I’m currently using a View-based synchronized Record Type in Appian to display data on the front end(Dash Board). While the underlying data in the source has been updated and the latest information is visible in the database view, the changes are not being reflected in the Record Type as expected.

Could anyone share suggestions or best practices for ensuring that modified data is refreshed and synchronized correctly within the Appian Record Type? Any guidance on how to retrieve the latest updates efficiently would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your support and insights.

If the db data is being updated independently from Appian, the synched record type doesn’t know about it until the record is synched.

Recommend you review the docs pages here, and here.  That should fix you up!
