webapi/printRecordToPDF approach for printing record view from a safe link.

Hi i am getting 404 error when i am trying to use webapi/printRecordToPDF approach for printing record view from a safe link. 

if anyone encountered same issue would appreciate steps to resolve the same.

for safe link i am sending record url along with identifier and url stub and onclick i am trying to invoke windows print method for pdf.
