Interface to shows all users activity on all reports tab

Pls suggest idea

Are you trying to show all a logged in users tasks or all tasks in the application (like Stefan pointed to) or are you trying to show all activity for a user on in a certain interaction? They are slightly different things and have different approached from how you have to store and access the data
