Is any way to create new task/process priorities?

I'm facing the priority changing of a process and task to others different from 0,1,2 (low, normal, and high) priorities, is any way to create others like "critical"?, or if there exist others, where can I see them?

That is not possible, but you can add any process variable with any value you like and use that as a priority.

But, what is your use case that three levels are not enough?

    Thanks for getting interested in my doubt. The thing is that the client is asking for 5 levels of priority in tasks and processes as well (very low, low, medium, high and critical). Others process variables will be not reflected on the priority of the task, it could be a solution for some reports, but not exactly what I'm looking for.

    I would try to reduce that requirement to three levels. My question: "What would be different with 5 levels, that could not be done with 3 levels?" Try to stay with the OOTB functionality as much as possible.

    Did you find a way to assign priority levels in the process model?

    I'm running into the same challenge and I can't find any information or guides anywhere

    Can you explain your specific issue? You can define the priority on a model level and also change it during runtime using a script task.
