Issue with incomplete process instances being displayed. 未完了のプロセスインスタンスが表示される問題について

Thank you very much for your continued support.
I would like to display only completed instances in the process report.
I checked "Completed" in the report filter settings and saved it.

However, I'm experiencing an issue where the process instances displayed include ones with a status of "Active", or only the status "Active" is displayed.
Does anyone know the cause of the problem or have any hints on how to solve it?

いつも大変お世話になっております。
プロセスレポートに、完了済みのインスタンスのみを表示したいです。
レポートのフィルター設定で、「完了済み」にチェックし、保存しています。

しかし、表示されるプロセスインスタンスにはステータス「有効」が含まれる、あるいはステータス「有効」しか表示されないという事象が発生しております。
問題の原因、あるいは解決のヒントをご存じの方はおられますか？
