Hi [mention:44bed26f1d96482687e4003414c7d8ec:e9ed411860ed4f2ba0265705b8793d05] I recently updated Firefox to 122.0, but I was testing the RPA with the previous version.

Anyways, I was able to achieve the functionality with Chrome. The issue seems to be with closing the tabs. As with Chrome, the first time it worked. The second time, it had issues because I was cleaning up some open tabs, and it seems to not like it.

Appian Robot requires Web Drivers to interact with Browsers. Appian can maintain Web drivers for you . You just need to select it in Configuration Tab

Refer to this link https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/23.4/rpa-9.7/java-module-browser.html

Hi Venky,

I had already set the Appian configurations to provide Selenium web drivers. I am not sure if there is an issue with Firefox. Believe Appian RPAs had an issue with Chrome in the previous version.

Hi [mention:12bdde4ab4ce46f88d37c17179bdb8d8:e9ed411860ed4f2ba0265705b8793d05]   check the version of the web drivers you are using and the current version of your brower.
