Appian RPA execution got error

Hi,

Robotic Task execution got failed due to this "[ERROR] 2025-09-15 18:23:51 - - An exception occurred in phase step: Requesting files (REQ_FILES) com.novayre.jidoka.client.lifecycle.PhaseException: An exception occurred in phase step: Requesting files (REQ_FILES)" error message.

Can anyone please help me out.

    Try Restarting Robot and Verify robot has proper file access permissions
