Automate thousands of changes in a Portal based report

Hello there,

We need to update an Appian Portal based report (old technology previous to SAIL based reports) that displays multiple process instances. Many of them (around 3000) have incorrect security settings and need to be updated.

What is the simplest way to do it? Is it possible to use Appian RPA for it? The solution requires to select each individual entry in the report and change the security settings. It is just a couple of clicks to resolve it but it needs to be done thousands of times.

Is it possible to do it through a process model? Any idea would be appreciated.
