Could not find the list of appplication in select application while recording browser interaction

Dear david.catalan   

Could you help me to resolve this issue? I am following the course and trying to record the searching bank name and certificate number action in chrome browser but could not get the list of applications

Please refer to the screenshots below:

I have chrome in the start menu

Could not see any applications in the dropdown list,

I think it is the scroll option. You can scroll it down and try to select any browser. It is not specific to Google.

It is on the bottom of the scroll bar already, could not find any other options under all

Hi frankx0001:

Please, could you provide what is the Windows version where the recorder is being executed?

Additionally, what is your Appian RPA version? If you have access, you should be able to check it in settings -> configuration -> Version Revision
