Could not find the support files / images on the Locate Image ] Image(s) to search

The image was already put on Advance Configuration > Support files.

However, it cannot be selected from the Locate Image > Image(s) to search field. Can you help me how to troubleshoot this concern ?

Noticed your file was in .jpg format and according to the docs it must be in .png format, which is why it isn't saving.

"Image(s) to search: Browse for the file containing the image you want to locate on the screen. Images need to be .png file format."
