Downloaded agent to be added back to Appian cloud Resource?

Who can explain this statement better : "If you're not working on the resource already, copy the AppianRPAagent.exe file to the resource after it has finished downloading."
I am wondering if it means that one still need to add "AppianRPAagent.exe " back to the resource created after downloading it to our physical PC , if yes, then how or to where in the resource ?

    Just sharing my understanding here:

    Once we create a physical resource and set up the agent in that resource, we should not add another agent on the same resource. Appian recommends it as a best practice:

    Thanks Selvakumar for the response. I got that part. Just that I find this "If you're not working on the resource already, copy the AppianRPAagent.exe file to the resource after it has finished downloading."confusing or misleading . So the agent must be running on the physical resource all the time before RPA can run on the virtual Resource ?
