Error build Maven - Non-resolvable parent POM for com.novayre.jidoka.tutorial:robot-developmentguide-first-robot:4.0.0:

I am setting up Maven.
As part of that, I excute Maven commands "mvn package -Pjidoka-repo".

However,I am getting an error below.

com.novayre.jidoka.robot:jidoka-robot-parent:pom:4.0.0 was not found in mnvk.appian.community/.../repo during a previous attempt.
This failure was cached in the local repository and resolution is not reattempted until the update interval of SERVER_ID has elapsed or updates are forced and 'parent.relativePath' points at wrong local POM @ line 10, column 10 ->
