Error in Robotic Smart Service: "An error has occurred during the execution of the smart service activity."

Hello Community,
I'm facing "An error has occurred during the execution of the smart service activity."  while executing Robotic smart service. I have uploaded some Macro Files and passed as an input. But, Robotic Tasks smart service execution is failed. When I passed similar kind of Macro files then it executed well earlier. I'm unable to figure it out. Can anyone help me on this.
