How to add Instructions to Robotic Process?

From the tutorial of RPA, it is asked to add instruction to Robotic process. But there is no section of Instruction in Robotic Process Configuration. Can anyone help?

    I believe the tutorial you are looking at is outdated. Instructions have been renamed to Robotic Process Variables.
