How to bring the RPA robot back online

I have created a Robot in Appian RPA and it comes online. At the end of the day when I turn off my system the robot goes offline and the next day, in order to bring it back online I have to download the new installer and install it again. Then only robot comes online. Is there any way we could bring the robot back online without having to download and install the installer again every day?

From the operations Console, you can select that Robot and click the enable button to bring the robot online.

Hi [mention:fcf3fe8840e344169cca473e354fb852:e9ed411860ed4f2ba0265705b8793d05] ,

Step - 1 I hope you are starting the AppianRPAagent.exe(C:\Users\varun.teja\AppData\Local\Appian RPA), when you restart your system.

If you are not doing then bot doesn't start.

If your bot is not going online, shown in below picture

Step -3 Even that doesn't work, next go into Ops Console, navigate to robot, then enable robot.

Step - 4 If all the above steps doesn't work out, then simply start the Java 17 before you start the Step 1

Along with his steps we can use Auto sign-in https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/25.2/rpa-9.15/manage-robots-installation-config.html#allow-appian-to-sign-in to bring robot online after system restart
