Good Day Expert,

Can anyone please guide me how to read a value of a field from any desktop application (not browser based)?

Foe example,

opening a any desktop application and wanted to read a value of a fields Name, Age and ect.

Right now that requires java but in the newest version of Appian RPA tomorrow there will be new methods to getting values from desktop applications. I recommend scheduling a site restart for your site so you can get the newest version.
