Issue while creating a Robot

Having an issue while creating a Robot for windows, what will be the JRE Path (%JAVA_HOME%).

Have you installed JDK in the system?

Yes

Then no need to configure the JRE path here. Try without passing JRE path, if that works.

Is this on an Appian cloud site or an appian community edition site? If the latter, recall that you can only create 1 robot on an ACE site.
