Hello,

I am unable to log in to my Appian Community site.
I was working on it yesterday, but today, when I attempted to log in, it showed an invalid username and password.
I have also entered the correct username and password, but I am still unable to log in.
Does anyone have information about this issue?

Hello gopalt0943 ,

Try to update your password using 'forgot your password?' option. Hope that works.

I have already done this.
After that, I received the reset password link, but when I clicked on it, the link showed that it had expired.

Hello,

The reset password link will be valid for only 15 minutes. Try to reset the password again and enter your credentials before 15 minutes.

An issue has arisen. They shared the new site along with a username and password, but upon attempting to log in, it still shows that the username and password are invalid. The highlighted concern is that even with the provided username and password, the login is unsuccessful. I have raised another ticket for this, but there has been no response as of now
