No bots available when trying to start task recorder

Hi team,

I am new to appian rpa and I am trying to build a bot using task recorder. however, i do not see my bot's name in the available bot list. i tried to restart the agent, relauch rpa installer. Bot status shows online in operations console but it is not available for task recording.

Can anyone help me to understand if i am missing something?
