No Robots Available to start Recorder

Question

Hello

I am going thru Appian course to build a robot as Appian evaluation process.

A robot shows as online and has been added to a Robot Pool, but when I attempt to use RPA I get message "No Robots Available".

Please advise?

Hi [mention:65ab2aa20c0a4a989d716cb051820c5b:e9ed411860ed4f2ba0265705b8793d05] , Have you double checked if that Robotic Task has configured the correct Robot Pool? You can check it in the Robotic Task design page > General Information tab > Robot Pool (at the bottom left side of the page).
