Read Data from Screen Using Get Attribute Functionality

Hi All, 

I am trying to read data from Web Application using Get Attribute Functionality with the help of a CSS selector. When I see the logs, the bot was able to find the element in the first attempt but it is unable to read and send the value to Appian RPA console.

The log messages tells me that " User-UUID header field is not provided found for resource /api/v1/evaluate". 

Can someone please advise me on this functionality.
