I have run the rpa installer successfully on my system but still the status of Robot is Offline in RPA and the appian icon in the toolbar is coming grey. Can anyone tell why this is happening and how can I change the status to Online.

Make sure you are using the latest agent downloaded from RPA console and you are not using the same file on multiple host machines. If you have downloaded more than one agent executable files then only the latest agent file will be linked to the Robot and all other previously installed agents are invalidated automatically whenever you download a new one.
If somehow you have lost the track of executable files and can't find the latest one then you can download a new agent file and install it on your host machine.
