RPA agent icon colour appears GRAY

Hi Team,

I am trying to setup the RPA , and the agent icon colour appears GRAY and in the logs I am getting "java.net.UnknownHostException"

Can anyone please suggest.

    Hi [mention:2f83821a29484798a409306a169e2f75:e9ed411860ed4f2ba0265705b8793d05] , it seems to be connection problem as RPA is not finding/recognizing the Host Machine where it has to connect. Maybe it is a problem with the URL provided
